The design office is equipped with powerful Computer Aided Design equipment producing 3 dimensional models and engineering drawings.

Using the latest technology allows our computer controlled machines to be connected to our design office from anywhere in the world via telephone- link for fault finding or program updates.

Considerable investment in CNC machines allows the manufacture of machine component  parts accurately and rapidly. This provides the flexibility required to respond to customers requests.

All machine parts are treated for rust prevention.

All welding and fabrication is completed in-house, to control the quality of the finished product. After fabrication all parts are protected by powder coating - a paint process which sprays and bakes the product at a high temperature giving a hard wearing finish.

Due to the uniqueness of the machines manufactured it is essential to hold spares, therefore half a million pounds worth of stock is continually held, all of which can be traced by a computerised stock control system.

All new machines are installed by our highly qualified fitters and all new equipment carries a 12 month guarantee. We pride ourselves on the after-sales service provided on all our equipment and thus offer free advice or a service engineer at reasonable cost following expiry of the guarantee.
